1. Make up
Buy face paint, colored hair spray, false eyelashes, fake blood and more at end of season sales. Add them to your Halloween dress up box. With these make up items you can come up with all kinds of easy no sew Halloween costumes. Be a cat, witch, wizard or the latest movie character. Make up allows you to vary costumes widely.
2. Old sheets
It's amazing how many no sew Halloween costumes you can make with old sheets. Shred them for ghosts and zombies. Drape them for Cleopatra or Athena. Have a toga party. It's cheap and easy.
